Cheese counters groan with exciting and unusual cheeses from all over Europe as well as cheese closer to home with some excellent local produce. There are fig and almond wheels, prune and walnut cakes, and vast slabs of quince jelly as well as jar upon jar of fruits, pickled or sweet to accompany the various cheeses. There are Wiltshire hams, both original and honey roasted; incredible hand reared Iberico Hams, San Daniele, truffle salamis, fennel salami, local wild boar salami, saucisson, chorizos to name but a few, to try and taste at your pleasure. There are loaves of artisan breads, pastries, tartes and quiches produced for Quayles daily by their amazing French Baker. Also a good selection of organic and locally produced vegetables.
